As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing partnerships to drive the growth of the company. This role will lead efforts in managing strategic partnerships and key client relationships requiring business savvy and excellent relationship-building skills. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, develop strategic account plans, and identify new business opportunities.

In this role, you will be a member of a high-performing team providing service for SimplyInsured customers via chat, phone, and email and serve as a trusted representative. You will contribute daily to the Support team’s mission to delight our customers and help eliminate the fear of purchasing and using health insurance. You will be empowered to propose process and product solutions to improve our customer experience.

The Associate Product Manager will work closely with our product, engineering and operations teams to establish the direction for the future of our platform and help us serve small businesses with their insurance needs. You'll be responsible for gathering, structuring, and prioritizing product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
