Position Summary:
- Provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for both the New Learner Compliancy and Learner Compliancy teams.
- Ensures the consistent application of credentialing standards and compliance policies.
- Drives efficiency, monitors key compliance metrics, and manages escalations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Partners with Experiential Learning and Academic Operations leadership to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develops and delivers organizational updates, team communications, and training initiatives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance, credentialing, or related field.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and overseeing large learner populations.
