The full-time core faculty member in the Counseling and Human Development (CHD) program will contribute to the academic excellence, student success, and mission of the university by delivering high-quality instruction and supporting program operations in alignment with CACREP standards. Walden University is seeking a Core Faculty member to teach ABA and/or Psychology courses and interact with students within the university’s learning management system. Faculty members are expected to be available to students and may be required to attend Residencies, teach intensives and colloquia, and participate on thesis/dissertation committees. They may also serve on faculty governance or academic policy committees.

The Assessment Developer's role is critical in designing, developing, and continuously improving valid, reliable, and secure assessments aligned with program-level outcomes and institutional learning goals. Requires knowledge of concept-based curriculum, competency-based education (CBE), and best practices in educational assessment design and evaluation. Contributes to both formative and summative assessments and ensures all assessments reflect principles of backward design and regulatory compliance.
