Qualifications:
- PhD in Nursing (or related discipline with strong research methods expertise)
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the U.S.
- Experience teaching online in a master's or doctoral nursing program
Faculty Expectations:
- Remain current in their discipline through ongoing engagement with research, scholarship, and professional activities
- Use online technologies effectively to deliver substantive, thoughtful, and timely instruction and feedback
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to student learning and development
Additional Opportunities:
- Serve as committee chair or member of doctoral project study committees
- Instruct online courses or modules when needed
- Participate in program and university-based residencies
