This role will support US and Canada cosmetic and OTC product and site registrations. This role will establish comprehensive regulatory overviews for cosmetics and OTC products; as well documenting processes to complete each phase of notification and registration. This role also supports regulatory across product development, claims review, registration, packaging compliance, EPR and sustainability.

As a Field SIU Specialist, you will conduct on-site investigations of claims, collecting statements, and gathering various forms of evidence to determine fraud; you'll also educate staff, clients, and brokers on fraud and deliver customized fraud detection and avoidance training.

Work against a weekly quota with bonus opportunities for high-quality production. You'll review medical documentation, write summaries, organize damages, establish timelines, and conduct legal research to draft demand letters using our proprietary software.

Enhance and scale our compliance testing program, developing testing methodologies, refining operating procedures, and elevating documentation standards to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. You’ll help assess regulatory applicability and design and execute both manual and automated compliance tests.

In this role, you will safeguard Mercury, customers, and the financial ecosystem from risks associated with our products and services. You will own and mature our risk assessment program, Mercury’s risk and control libraries, and regulatory change management processes. Be a Commercial Contracts Administrator in the Commercial Legal Strategy & Operations function, supporting the Go-To-Market sales and partners organization and Telecom Carrier Relations organization, and be a member of our Center of Excellence function. Responsibilities include providing commercial contracts-related education and process guidance to your GTM and Telecom Carrier Relations colleagues, reviewing, vetting, and providing timely responses to incoming requests, and independently negotiating NDAs.
