PSI

• Architect, design, build, and maintain full-stack applications (web and desktop) using modern stacks.
• Develop APIs, data models, workflows, and backend services using Python or optionally C#.
• Work with PostgreSQL and SQL to design database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure reliability.

• Provide medical input to global clinical studies and advise teams and business partners, focusing on patients' safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with internal departments in preparing clinical development plans, protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
• Review and analyze clinical data to ensure the safety of study participants and ensure data accuracy and trial compliance.

As a Full stack Developer, you will be involved in development of projects for internal clients and will provide quality coding to support PSI business processes and operations. You will work on desktop WinForm/Blazor hybrid applications, contributing to both new development and ongoing support. Full-time remote employment, based in Latvia.
