  • Support contracting processes through contract lifecycle management platform, e-signature tools, AI tools, and other Legal and innovative systems.
  • Triage incoming contract requests, assign them to appropriate legal resources based on complexity, subject matter, and priority, and oversee the signing process and proper closing of contract records.
  • Act as a central owner for all Non-Disclosure Agreements, draft, review, and negotiate the agreements against standard A&H template standards, and legal and business objectives.
