We’re looking for a Director of Sales who is both a strong operator and a strategic leader. You’ll join our existing Sales Directors and management team to lead a growing remote sales organization composed of 4–6 Sales Managers and a team of 50–100 licensed agents focused exclusively on inbound, warm leads. You’ll be a partner to Recruiting, Training, QA, and Product, and a key driver of Trellis’ consumer business strategy.

The Head of Sales will build sales playbooks from scratch, achieve revenue milestones, and recruit/coach a team of salespeople. This leader will focus on expanding market share and revenue growth throughout North America in the Finance, Insurance, Risk and BD space.
Trellis is looking for a highly driven Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to impact the bottom line. You’ll be following up with customers and prospective customers including marketing and website generated leads. Key accounts (Insurance Carriers) will be assigned to you for purposes of outbound prospecting. Most of your time will involve communicating directly with law departments, conducting sales demos, and managing the sales process to closed/won.
