Ensure legal compliance of all training content and new product offerings across federal, state, and industry-specific regulations. Develop legal playbooks for both proactive GTM/product alignment and reactive public/customer-facing communication on legislative changes. Lead legal operations, including contracts, online terms, IP strategy, privacy policies, and risk management.

Provide expert legal advice and representation in various litigation, employment, and compliance matters. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm, strong analytical and research skills, well-reasoned and pragmatic responses, timely communication, and persuasive advocacy skills, and a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment and other laws.
