Working remotely, you will provide legal counsel for our various commercial real estate services business lines across the U.S., with a focus on brokerage services. You will be responsible for contract negotiation, review and drafting, risk management and general legal advice and will develop positive and collaborative relationships with employees across the organization.

As a full-time Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor, you will safeguard the company’s interests by managing legal matters and developing legally sound policies. The role involves handling litigation issues within the framework of English and Welsh law. This position offers the opportunity to engage with elite practitioners and coordinate with external law firms.
