The Employment Counsel will help G-P navigate the complexities of employment law and compliance across North America, providing strategic legal advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law across North America. The candidate will work closely with the People, Global Operations, and Product teams as well as business leaders to ensure compliance with local employment laws, mitigate legal risks, manage and resolve disputes and litigation, and support the company’s strategic objectives.
