This role will be the lead lawyer for our new, and growing, insurance distribution business, reporting to the Head of Legal for Wealth Products. You’ll work closely with the Insurance Squad to build and deliver Monzo’s insurance products, and support the team in making insurance accessible for everyone. You will be the ‘go to’ for all things legal and regulatory.

The Global Director, Ethics & Compliance position will oversee the Company’s Ethics & Compliance program, including updating and advising senior leadership on Ethics & Compliance issues. The role includes managing 1-2 direct reports and strategic development of the Ethics & Compliance program to meet future Company needs. This individual will work with the Assistant General Counsel to oversee all aspects of H.B. Fuller’s Ethics & Compliance program.

Guide commercial strategy, shape key partnerships, and build scalable legal frameworks that support the secure expansion of the Lido ecosystem. Play a critical part in enabling the protocol’s success by proactively navigating contractual matters, mitigating risks, and empowering teams to move forward confidently in a dynamic environment.
