About the Role:
- You'll drive tax efficiencies across funds, portfolio, and transactions.
- You'll report to the General Counsel and partner with finance and legal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Design entity structures, pressure-test tax terms, and brief outside counsel.
- Work on startup formations, QSBS planning, equity and carry structures, and financings.
- Advise on cross-border structuring and tax provisions in sale processes.
