Senior Corporate Counsel

Role Summary:

• Provide broad legal support across EasyPost, focusing on corporate legal matters.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver practical, business-focused legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate governance, board matters, M&A due diligence, entity management, and equity plan administration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including revenue, vendor, and partnership contracts.
• Manage regulatory and SEC filings, compliance requirements, and outside counsel on specialized legal matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful in-house experience.
• Strong judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $194,000 - $225,000 per year.
