The Role:
- Lead corporate legal strategy and M&A for a growing healthcare technology organization.
- Serve as the primary legal partner to Corporate Development and executive leadership.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Corporate Counsel to expand team capabilities.
Accountabilities:
- Lead M&A transactions from LOI through due diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-closing matters.
- Develop standardized playbooks and processes for routine corporate transactions.
- Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and legal readiness for fundraising and financings.
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. law license.
- Substantial M&A experience with high eight- to nine-figure transactions.
- Strong people-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
