Opportunity Overview:
- Seeking a dynamic self-starter to join the Legal team.
- Support the Growth team with contracts and customer negotiations.
What you'll do:
- Lead commercial contracting and provide legal counsel across the full lifecycle.
- Build legal infrastructure and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and HR.
- Identify legal risks and support M&A, governance, and IP protection.
What you'll need:
- J.D., active bar, and 3-5 years of corporate legal experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance risk with business objectives.
Pay & Perks:
