The Role:
- Own and negotiate complex commercial deals across life sciences, computational chemistry, and partnerships.
- Build scalable legal infrastructure, including playbooks, templates, and AI tooling.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. with 6+ years of commercial transactional experience, ideally in tech or science-driven environments.
- Deep expertise in IP, data rights, privacy, and risk allocation, plus a collaborative, high-EQ approach.
