About the Role:

• You will own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, from customer-facing SaaS agreements to vendor technology contracts.
• You will negotiate directly with lawyer-customers, driving deals to signature on strong terms.
• Reporting to the CLO, your work is visible and impact immediate.

What You'll Do:

• Draft and negotiate technology and software agreements, including SaaS, enterprise, and license agreements.
• Own the customer contracting process, lead negotiations, and build templates and playbooks.
• Address IP, data protection, and AI-related issues in coordination with security and privacy teams.
