Serve as trusted counsel across product, engineering, and model teams, providing strategic legal support for AI research and model development.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient processes that accelerate deal closures while maintaining rigorous legal standards.
Negotiate commercial contracts to enable the delivery of our AI solutions to healthcare providers globally.

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years focused on negotiating commercial contracts and tech transactions in a B2B SaaS environment.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
Background in healthcare technology or artificial intelligence, demonstrating a deep understanding of the distinctive legal challenges these sectors present.
