Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements: SaaS licensing, cloud services, AI vendor contracts, data processing, and marketing partnerships.
- Develop scalable contract templates and partner with procurement, IT, security, and business teams on strategic tech initiatives.
- Advise on AI governance, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and support incident response and data breach obligations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school; member of at least one U.S. State Bar.
- 3–5 years legal experience with significant commercial and technology agreement negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of privacy laws, IP, and technology law; practical business-oriented approach.
