New Commercial Contracts Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on complex technology agreements, particularly SaaS agreements and other technology-related commercial contracts, as well as emerging technology matters across US jurisdictions.
• Navigate regulatory compliance requirements and jurisdiction-specific contracting considerations across multiple US states and markets.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage legal and regulatory risks in connection with AI and experimental technologies while maintaining commercial agility.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in complex technology and SaaS agreements, including negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with customers and/or technology providers.
• Preferred expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to AI, experimental technologies, and emerging technologies across US markets.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
