Draft, review, and negotiate U.S. and international commercial technology agreements such as SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, software licenses and SOWs.
Advise business units on commercial risk, licensing, data privacy, and security requirements.
Support contract templates, playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring:

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar license in at least one state.
5+ years of experience in commercial contracting in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data and commercial contract law plus U.S. data privacy laws.
