Director Legal Counsel, Contracts

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including SaaS, software, hardware, and strategic alliance agreements.
• Provide legal counsel to sales, procurement, product, and operations teams on risk mitigation and compliance.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities and support special legal projects.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead and mentor a global contracts team, setting priorities and reviewing work quality.
• Develop internal training programs on contract processes and legal best practices.
• Build scalable legal processes and improve operational efficiency.

Compliance & Cross-Border Support:

• Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and regulatory compliance.
• Support export controls, sanctions, and international compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with external counsel on cross-border legal matters.
