Role Overview:
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor for complex commercial negotiations.
- Lead negotiation of SaaS, licensing, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws including HIPAA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate major technology contracts.
- Drive standardization of contract terms and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals.
Qualifications:
- JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
- 7+ years of legal experience with SaaS and technology agreements.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and data privacy.
Additional Information:
- Remote position within the US.
- Base pay range $150k-$180k.
- Total compensation includes benefits.
