Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts

What You’ll Do:

• Build trusted relationships with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations and other business stakeholders to support customer and channel transactions.
• Lead the review, drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, BaaS, software, professional services, channel and NDAs.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to Sales and business stakeholders, supporting negotiations through clear, pragmatic guidance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualified lawyer with 10-15+ years post-qualification experience, including significant in-house experience.
• Strong commercial contracts background, ideally within a software, SaaS or cloud technology company.
• Excellent drafting, contract review and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to advise business stakeholders in a practical, commercially focused manner.
