Develop and execute a comprehensive federal channel strategy focused on VARs and systems integrators supporting civilian, DoD, and intelligence community customers.
Recruit, onboard, enable, and grow high-performing federal channel partners to increase pipeline and revenue.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners including, but not limited to, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Leidos, Northrop Grumman, and General Dynamics.
Develop and execute a global ISV and Security Companies alliance strategy that aligns with Veeam’s business goals, product roadmap, and market priorities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of alliance managers, partner success specialists, and technical account managers (3-6 direct reports).
Partner with sales, channel, and marketing teams to develop joint GTM strategies with ISVs and Security partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, and sales enablement programs.
Manage sales opportunities end-to-end, including developing bid strategies, pricing models, teaming arrangements, and proposal submissions
Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Solutions Architects to design technical solutions, identify organization-wide IT and mission needs, and address factors impacting solution delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with Veeam colleagues (inside sales, commercial sales, marketing, engineering), as well as external channel and alliance partners, to identify new opportunities and implement effective strategies
