New Commercial Legal Counsel - EMEA

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, identifying key aspects to align with business goals.
• Provide and lead legal support for EMEA commercial teams, including transaction and RFP support.
• Assist in handling other legal matters, which may include product corporate entity support, collections, marketing and/or litigation matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate required.
• 7+ years substantive experience in commercial support and legal advice in an international SaaS corporate environment.
• Highly skilled in supporting a sales team in a technology company, with SaaS and channel partner program experience.
