Commercial Contracting:
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts for the US/North America.
- Act as the company's lead negotiator in commercial discussions.
- Work with Procurement, IT and the wider business to review supplier agreements.
Compliance & Programme Development:
- Assist the General Counsel in ensuring operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement and support compliance programmes and training initiatives.
- Support in managing disputes, litigation or other legal proceedings.
