Associate General Counsel

Role Overview:

• You’ll own the commercial contracts function end-to-end and handle a wide range of legal matters across the business.
• Build processes and playbooks that enable scaling without slowing down.
• Advise every vertical, translating legal risk and business opportunity into plain language.

What You’ll Own:

• Draft, negotiate, and close enterprise SaaS/AI agreements, including addenda like DPAs.
• Manage contract templates, a negotiation playbook, and inbound redlines with clear SLAs.
• Build legal ops infrastructure, including contract management tooling and intake processes.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in good standing.
• 4-8 years of experience, with at least 2-3 at an Am Law 100 firm in transactional/commercial practice.
• Deep expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, with strong independent judgment and communication skills.
