Contracts:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including client MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and DPAs.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to help close deals.
- Maintain and evolve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and approval workflows.
Employment & People:
- Prepare and manage employment documentation including offer letters, ICAs, and separation agreements.
- Own and maintain the Employee Handbook; advise on HR-related legal matters.
- Partner with HR/Finance on international contractor process and hiring in Rippling.
Corporate & Compliance:
- Maintain corporate records and coordinate with outside counsel on state tax and entity matters.
- Manage GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy compliance programs.
- Advise on AI governance, AI terms of use, and implementation risk.
