About the Role:
- Work as a Contract Attorney to scale legal foundation for a fast-growing AI company.
- Partner with Sales, Compliance, and Leadership to negotiate agreements and own contract process.
What You'll Do:
- Redline and negotiate customer agreements including BAAs, DPAs, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs.
- Draft reusable templates and advise on data privacy terms under GDPR, CCPA.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or tech transactions.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy frameworks and compliance concepts (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
