What You Will Be Doing:

What Experience and Qualifications Should You Have?:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- 8–12+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on commercial contracting.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex SaaS or software agreements in a high-growth or technology environment.
