The Role:
- Act as a core member of the commercial legal team, owning customer-side negotiations independently.
- Work across MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs, and customer paper to enable revenue growth.
- Build trust with sales and customer success as a reliable, business-minded legal partner.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a high volume of customer-side negotiations, including reviewing and redlining customer paper and bespoke terms.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs).
- Support sales teams through deal cycles and explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- JD and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction with 5-9 years of technology transactions experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with commercial agreements and experience supporting sales teams.
- Ability to balance legal risk management with business objectives and work under pressure during month-end closing periods.
