The Role:

  • Act as a core member of the commercial legal team, owning customer-side negotiations independently.
  • Work across MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs, and customer paper to enable revenue growth.
  • Build trust with sales and customer success as a reliable, business-minded legal partner.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a high volume of customer-side negotiations, including reviewing and redlining customer paper and bespoke terms.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs).
  • Support sales teams through deal cycles and explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • JD and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction with 5-9 years of technology transactions experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with commercial agreements and experience supporting sales teams.
  • Ability to balance legal risk management with business objectives and work under pressure during month-end closing periods.
