Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials with 6-9 years of relevant experience, including law firm and in-house tech experience.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers.
- Excellent judgment and ability to translate legal risk into practical commercial advice.
