Commercial Counsel, Sales

What you’ll do:

• Support the AMER Sales team, leading negotiations for complex and strategic agreements.
• Advise on a wide range of commercial and legal issues, including launch of new products and support international expansions.
• Work closely with Product Legal to bring new products and features to market.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in-house or in a technology practice group in a top law firm.
• Intellectually curious and a creative problem solver.
• A clear and concise communicator who can distill key risks and explain complex issues simply.

Pay and benefits:

• Annual US base salary range from $178,200 to $267,200.
• Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
