As a Benefits Specialist, you will lead compliance projects such as ACA reporting, HCSO, and 5500 reporting, respond to benefits-related inquiries, and administer benefit enrollments within vendor portals. You will also manage vendor eligibility files, reconcile invoices, and execute open enrollment operations, ensuring timely and accurate data and efficient processes.

As an Ops Technology Program Manager at Stripe, you will deeply understand customer pain points and Ops priorities, translating them into tooling needs, and driving change at the intersection of Operations and engineering teams. Lead and mentor a team of engineers specializing in third-party APIs, integration platforms, data pipelines, and custom software platforms that streamline workflows and hardware/software/employee lifecycle management. Direct and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and timelines. Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs.

Leverage your security investigations experience to analyze potential threats and improve operational and response capabilities at Stripe. You will dedicate support to our Executive Protection team and drive scalable operational improvements to our detection and response processes. Your analytic capabilities, subject matter expertise, and impeccable judgment will be critical during internal investigations to reduce uncertainty, uncover root causes, and inform future prevention and detection mechanisms.

Support the AMER Sales team, leading negotiations and advising on commercial and legal issues. Work closely with Product Legal to bring new products and features to market. Be an integral part of the build out of Stripe’s commercial legal infrastructure. Work with teams across Stripe, including sales, operations, product, tax, and risk groups. Develop and deliver training and other resources to help the Sales team sell products.

As the GTM Operations Territory Lead, you will improve the quality of sales analytics and insights, supporting territories design for Product, Solution Architect, and Customer Success Manager teams, and target allocation modeling. You will design and execute territory operations, manage projects, and build centralized tools for data extraction and business management.
