Responsible for overseeing vendor operations across user-facing teams, ensuring vendors deliver world-class support. Build and own operational relationships with partners, holding them accountable for performance. Manage vendor sites, lead business reviews, and maintain metrics. Improve workflow and workforce management at vendor sites, acting as a coach to deliver process improvements.

Work closely with product engineering teams to design solutions that are secure by default. Be a security subject matter expert and able to tailor answers to security questions from non-engineers and engineers, alike. Lead threat modeling discussions and help teams strike the right balance between security, user experience and product advancement.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing Stripe's developer experience initiatives, driving innovation to enhance API ecosystems and deliver exceptional value to users. Strong product sense is required to influence the end user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning with high-level leadership, to streamline processes and contribute to Stripe's growth.
