- Execute global privacy compliance efforts (GDPR, CPRA).
- Manage day-to-day privacy operations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align privacy practices.
Commercial & Contract Law:
- Lead the negotiation of commercial contracts.
- Maintain internal redline standards.
- Streamline the contract lifecycle management (CLM) process.
Product & Platform Legal Support:
- Advise Product and Engineering teams on legal implications.
- Draft and maintain public-facing terms of service.
