The Senior HR Business Partner β Go-to-Market (GTM) will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to executive and senior leaders across our Account Executive (AE), Sales Development Representative (SDR), and Customer Success (CS) organizations. This role will play a critical part in shaping the people strategy that drives revenue performance and organizational scalability.
Lead, own and execute all HR functions at Seamless.AI, shaping the employee experience, culture, and organizational growth strategy. This is a highly visible and hands-on leadership role responsible for building and developing a world-class HR team, driving people strategy, and partnering with executive leadership to align HR practices with company goals. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
As a Customer Success Manager at Seamless, you will be responsible for the retention and expansion of Seamless AIβs accounts in our mid-size business segment, driving growth and product adoption across the overall book of business, while ensuring the success of our customers and maximizing lifetime value.
