We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise to build and scale the programs that fuel Mimica’s pipeline. You’ll own how enterprise buyers discover Mimica, engage with Mimica, and move through the funnel — designing campaigns and nurturing motions that turn interest into qualified opportunities. Your work will directly shape our revenue engine and accelerate our go-to-market momentum.

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be the engine of our nurture strategy - designing, building, and optimising our lead lifecycle programs. Your core purpose is to drive predictable, scalable, and efficient demand by ensuring nurture strategy, sequencing, segmentation, and automation work together to accelerate full-funnel conversion and measurable pipeline impact.

This position is needed to drive revenue growth through data-led and AI-driven onboarding and activation campaigns. You’ll work with Marketing, Ops, and Analytics teams to execute and optimize programs across email, in-app, and other channels. This role uses customer insights to inform lifecycle transitions, run experiments, and create a seamless experience that fuels customer activation and revenue growth.

In this hands-on role you’ll take ownership of executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation campaigns. The primary goal of this role is to generate a robust pipeline from new logo accounts within our Owners market. As a Campaign Manager , you’ll partner with Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to develop and execute high-impact new logo ABM campaigns.

Develop and execute targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels to nurture leads, resurrect cold opportunities, and close deals. Partner with product marketing, marketing operations, and sales to ensure that the right message reaches each lead at the right time. Optimize campaigns to dramatically improve conversion from lead to Closed Won.

Lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs across both prospects and existing customers. You will lead lifecycle marketing across the customer journey—from lead nurture through retention, upsell, and reactivation—to drive engagement and long-term customer value. Oversee the creation, launch, and continuous improvement of automated programs across email, in-app, SMS, and push that engage prospects and customers at scale.

The Marketing Automation Specialist actively implements and maintains automated end to end workflows within the Marketing Operations team. This role requires strong logic and understanding of process flows, automation and CRM integrations, namely Salesforce, of which there are currently 3 separate instances being managed. The role involves frequent interaction with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate and efficient targeting of regional customers, whilst remaining aligned on business goals and objectives.
