Bitcoin Depot is seeking a highly motivated L&R Analyst to join its Compliance team. The Licensing & Registration (L&R) Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Officer with implementing and supporting the Company's regulatory compliance program including: Money Service Business Registration and Renewals; State Money Transmitter Licensing and Renewals; State Business & Local Licensing and Renewals; International Registrations and Renewals.

The Government Affairs Lead is the state’s policy expert inside the company’s Government Affairs team and will lead expansion into other western states as needed. This position is responsible for oversight and management of all relevant California state legislative and regulatory activity. External representation of the company with key stakeholder groups is also in scope.

On our Legal team, you will have a hands-on opportunity to shape the future of Chainlink. As a key contributor, you will work on some of the most exciting legal and business issues in blockchain today. You will advise a wide range of business teams on complex legal topics and build scalable processes. You will support compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations.

Support the Compliance Manager for External Audits in managing and tracking external audits from clients and regulators. Respond timely and effectively to external clients and audit agencies. Organize the audit functions and individual audits, and audit deliverables. Escalate issues early in the audit process and work with the External Audit Compliance Manager in creating remediation plans.
