As a People Lead, you’ll report to the Head of People and play a key role in guiding, building and executing our HR and talent strategy. The work will be varied, highly cross-functional, and have impact across every team.

Smart lawyers are hired and they are set loose on hard problems — most of which have nothing to do with traditional legal practice. This job mixes responsibilities in managing and coordinating clients and cases, conducting thoughtful legal analysis, and advocating for your informed perspective with those unique to being an operator in a fast-growing tech company, like user research, product development, venture finance.
