Role Overview:
- Act as a strategic legal advisor managing complex commercial negotiations.

- Support the growth engine to manage deal flow while protecting Intelerad's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts with public and private sector customers.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of commercial contract terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals while protecting the business.
Qualifications:
- JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
- 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer in technology industry.
- Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law.
