About the Role:

  • This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable operating independently in a growing SaaS company
  • You will take ownership of legal risk identification, contract management, and privacy compliance
  • You will work cross-functionally with leadership and the Risk & Compliance team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements
  • Serve as privacy lead and coordinate with external counsel
  • Build and maintain legal playbooks and internal guidance
