This position provides basic legal analysis and advice across a broad range of legal issues and provides basic legal services, requiring a good working knowledge of common law legal concepts with respect to contract law and general contract drafting procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing commercial contract requests, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring the accuracy of company contracts.

Your future mission is to help the Legal & Compliance team handle commercial and employment contracts and address various legal matters, delivering professional excellence and integrity at every step. Act as a primary legal partner and advisor to commercial, technology, and HR teams, offering pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice on a wide array of issues. Guide internal teams on the use of standard form documents and templates.

Onit is seeking a Corporate Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to support our expanding business operations. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of legal matters including internal policy matters, including privacy, security and AI compliance; litigation; IP management, and labor/employment matters. This role requires excellent judgment, adaptability, and a practical, business-oriented mindset.

This role involves serving as Corporate Counsel for European and Middle East public sector contracting, supporting ServiceNow’s SaaS and professional services sales to public sector customers, with additional support for related commercial customers. The role includes public sector procurements, negotiations, and throughout the contract performance, supporting public sector tenders and related agreements.
