Manage and optimize performance of energy storage and site delivery projects, executing commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as outside consultants and vendors, to deliver projects with efficiency and quality.
Build scalable processes and technology while managing project costs, schedule, and stakeholder communications.
Perform hands-on commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and associated electrical infrastructure across Australia and APAC.
Interpret electrical drawings and execute commissioning procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and support safe, efficient project delivery.
