Your Mission:
- Lead project finance transactions end-to-end.
- Draft and negotiate credit and financing documents.
- Manage multiple deals and lender due diligence.
Your Background:
- J.D. and 8-15 years of project finance experience.
- Experience with tax equity, IRA credits, and construction financing.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgement.
