About the Role:
- Lead a book of debt mandates from IOI through close across debt origination, advisory, and tax equity structures.
- Own transaction velocity and close rates, contributing directly to revenue and P&L targets.
- Author credit memos and present transactions to Credit Committee with rigorous analysis.
What You'll Bring:
- 8-10+ years of experience including 7+ in renewable energy project finance or infrastructure debt.
- Deep expertise in project finance debt structures for solar, wind, and storage.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship skills with developers, lenders, and investors.
