Support financing activities and the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt debt, including requests for proposals and transaction documentation.
Monitor compliance across outstanding debt obligations, including IRS reporting, covenants, and stakeholder reporting.
Prepare monthly debt tracking reports covering interest rates, expenses, and budget variances.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of financial analyst experience, ideally in a not-for-profit healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of credit markets, debt structures, derivatives, and corporate financing concepts.
