Provide support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) team by developing donor grant budgets, monitoring grant budget performance through BVA analysis, administering the grant financial management process, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting standards.

This position will be key in handling assignments ranging from individual asset sales to large portfolio transactions, with responsibilities extending beyond the financial aspects to encompass all phases of the sales process. The ideal candidate will need excellent organizational and management skills, experience in transaction management, a solid understanding of financial and valuation concepts, proficiency with Argus Enterprise, and a strong work ethic with a leadership mindset.
