Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Strategic Financial Planning:

• Develop and implement Aspire’s financial strategy in partnership with the CFO and senior leadership.
• Lead multi-year planning, evaluate financial risks, and provide decision support for executive and Board reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Manage the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and financial models.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to operational leaders.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare financial impact analyses for program expansions, funding opportunities, and strategic investments.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships across program, operational, and administrative teams while supervising and mentoring financial analysts.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement, and collaborate with accounting, grants management, and compliance teams.
