Boys & Girls Clubs of America

Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Quality Improvement & Impact, the Director, Youth Impact will operate with general oversight to facilitate and deliver consultation and support services to member organizations, focusing on driving BGCA’s approach to quality improvement and youth impact. This role involves collaborating with local entities to enhance their capacity for maximizing mission effectiveness in youth outcomes through organization-level evidence-informed interventions that are proven to drive youth impact, including, but not limited to, establishing systems for improved professional development and management practices, supporting data collection and use for improvement, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies to drive quality and youth impact.

Under the supervision of the Managing Director, Quality Improvement & Impact, the Senior Director will provide leadership and oversight to Directors of Youth Impact. This role is responsible for leading and advancing Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s (BGCA) strategic approach to quality improvement and youth impact, with a strong emphasis on scaling continuous improvement methodologies across the Movement.
