As a Senior Real Estate Analyst, you will support Real Estate leadership by performing in-depth analyses and providing strategic recommendations on real estate transactions. You will conduct financial analyses, generate insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations to Real Estate leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will be supporting key priorities across the organization and executing directly on high leverage needs. You will play a key role in supporting our business with strategic analysis and detailed financial insights. Own monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, analysis, and distribution of compensation reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

As Lead Analyst, you'll be responsible for analytics and reporting to drive the success of the Account Servicing Department, investigating and implementing opportunities for increased efficiency and growth, working closely with department leadership and other functions.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will shape the financial strategy of Kiavi by working directly with the Sr. Manager, FP&A, and collaborating closely with the CFO. This role involves driving the accuracy of budgets and forecasts, leading performance tracking, and conducting variance and ROI analyses to inform strategic decision-making. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the business.

Partner with GTM business leaders to drive Cribl’s strategy and long-term growth, owning budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes for Sales teams. You will also track Sales KPIs, facilitate top-line forecasting and measure sales productivity. Evaluate ROI of potential GTM investments and inform decision-making.

As a key member of the Finance team in a fast-paced, high-growth startup, the Financial Analyst provides data-driven insights and performance tracking. They will work cross-functionally, interact with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and partner with functional leaders across R&D, CS and Operations.
