The Deal Desk Analyst manages the deal review and approval process to ensure pricing, discounting, and contract terms align with company policies and revenue goals, conduct contract research, validate price quotes, manage business approvals, and support deal structuring.

Performs staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas. Reviews commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness. Able to verify and follow through, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plan. Resolves reconciliation issues.

The Credit Analyst will investigate and manage credit lines, initiate collections from customer accounts, and ensure proper and timely remittance accounting, working directly with sales and order management to enhance collections while mitigating risk, resolving client discrepancies, billing issues, short-payments and disputes, reviewing reports, and collaborating with sales teams.
